Log into your control panel, look for your score and your current standing.

•  WHY HAVEN'T MY SCORE UPDATED
Usually all scores are updated within 48 hrs. of the results being official at the racetrack and sometimes there are problems getting immediate results from them, that would cause a delay with us updating your results. Just bear with us we will have your points updated.

•  DO YOU HAVE A SECURE TRADING SITE FOR CREDIT CARDS
The institution recommends the Secure Trading Site to us. They guarantee the security for your credit card details and gives us the opportunity to just focus on giving you the best gaming site available.

•  WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING SPAM
Fandom Fantasy does not sell or give information on our entrants. If there is a third party sponsored game we do not pass on information like names e-mail addresses etc. unless you click on the box asking you if you want that information given out.

•  HOW DO I FORM A TEAM
Mini leagues can be set up when you enter a team, just name the team or person when asked on the form for the password and invite your team to help make the selections. You can give each person the password and they can help make selections on site.

•  CAN I ENTER TWO TIMES
You can enter as many times as you wish all you have to do is to register with a different name and password. These entries will be considered separate entries.

•  HOW DO COLLECT MY WINNINGS
Once the winners has been confirmed they will be informed by e-mail as to how to collect their prizes.

•  IF I LIVE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AM I STILL ELIGIBLE TO WIN
Yes, as long as we know where you are we will get your prizes to you.
