At Lil’ Texans Learning Center we are taking early childhood education to a whole new level into the new millennium. We are on the cutting edge of the best and safest environment for young children and are continuing to pursue our excellence in many different areas of age appropriate practice. We continually strive to be the model school for young children in Southeast Texas. Some of the many ways that we are achieving this is by having a wealth of well qualified staff, creating an outdoor classroom, and establishing an invigorating, yet age appropriate curriculum. We are working towards offering more exposure to extra enrichment activities such as Spanish, technology through computers, and music.

Lil’ Texans Learning Center offers an awesome team structure among our teachers and staff. Team leaders are assigned to differing age groups based on their leadership abilities and experience. Team leaders, then coordinate with our Assistant Director and Curriculum Coordinator to ensure that the highest level of quality care and education is being provided. Our Operational Policies are reviewed and updated annually so as to assure that we stay up-to-date with the latest research on that which is best for young children. Additionally, our year-round programs offer after school care for school age children from local schools, as well as, a summer camp for children ages 5-12 years of age.

Our center meets the minimum standards set forth by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services and we are exceeding those standards by working towards accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) in the near future.

At Lil’ Texans Learning Center, both staff and administration are committed to meeting and nurturing the needs of each individual child in all areas of development. We ensure the highest quality of child care in the industry.
